## What we do most

- Water heater installation: Tank and tankless, gas and electric — sized for the house, installed with a pan, an expansion tank and clean venting, the old unit hauled away. Same-visit repairs when a repair is the honest answer.
- Faucet & toilet installation: Kitchen and bath faucets, undermount sinks, new toilets on a properly set flange — customer-supplied fixtures welcome. Small jobs get the same written quote as big ones.
- Sink clogs & garbage disposals: Kitchen and bathroom clogs cleared properly, disposals repaired or replaced and wired right, and a camera when a drain keeps coming back so the next step is the right one.

## Pricing

Here's how our pricing works: estimates are free, and you get a fixed, upfront quote before any work starts — no hourly meter running, no mystery line items at the end. This page explains how we get to a number and what genuinely makes a plumbing job cost more or less.

- Free estimates: Finding out what's wrong and what it would cost is always free — whether that's over the phone or with one of us taking a look in person. You owe nothing for an answer.
- A fixed quote before work starts: You see the full price and approve it before we pick up a tool. The quote is for the job, not the hours, so a slow afternoon never becomes your problem.
- No surprise add-ons: If we open a wall and find something we didn't quote, we stop, show you, and agree on the change together before continuing. Nothing gets added to your bill that you didn't say yes to first.
- Small jobs welcome: We quote a leaky hose bib as gladly as a full repipe. Small jobs get real quotes too — not a shrug and a made-up minimum.

## The Family Plan (monthly membership, homeowners only)

One flat monthly fee and your house has a plumber on retainer. No service-call fee, member pricing on every job, a full check-up twice a year, and the front of the line when something acts up. The family looks after its own. Homes only.
