What Fort Lauderdale’s houses do to their pipes — and what we do about it
Fort Lauderdale's most desirable neighborhoods are also its oldest. Victoria Park, Colee Hammock, Rio Vista, Sailboat Bend and Tarpon River were built in the 1920s through the 50s, and many houses still carry original cast iron drains and galvanized supply lines behind renovated kitchens.
