What we collect

When you call, book online, sign up for the Family Plan or send a message, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, the service address, and what you tell us about the job. Our booking and contact forms also record which page you were on and, if you arrived from an advert, the campaign parameters in the link — so we know which of our three markets and which campaign the enquiry came from.

How we use it

To do the job: to call you back, confirm a visit, quote the work, invoice it, and follow up on it. If you join the Family Plan, to run the membership. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services we use to run the business (email delivery, calendar, invoicing, and — if we add it — a customer-records system), each of which is bound to use it only on our behalf.

Analytics

The site may use Google Analytics to understand how it is used — which pages are read, which number is tapped. That data is aggregated; it does not identify you to us. You can block it with any standard browser setting or extension and the site works exactly the same.

Cookies and local storage

The site remembers which service area you chose so the right phone number stays on screen. That is stored in your browser only. There are no advertising cookies set by this site.

Your choices

Ask us to correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by calling the number for your area or replying to any email from us. We keep records of completed work as long as we reasonably need to for warranty, accounting and legal purposes.
