Booking

An online booking is a request for a one-hour arrival window. It becomes a confirmed appointment when we call or text you to confirm it. Nothing is charged online. You can change or cancel a request at any time before the visit by calling the number for your area or replying to the confirmation email.

Estimates and quotes

Estimates are free. Before any work begins you receive a written quote for the job as described; work starts only once you approve it. If, during the work, we find something outside the quoted scope, we stop, show you, and agree any change with you before continuing. The approved quote is the price you pay for the approved scope.

The Family Plan

Membership is for residential customers, billed monthly, and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the next billing date. Member discounts apply to the written quote for each job; every job still receives a quote first. Benefits are those listed on the Family Plan page at the time you join.

The website
